A transplant from Michigan, Elyse has enthusiastically embraced Minnesota life and Isthmus culture. She brings experience with ADA Design and Complete Streets that encompasses the full project lifecycle including 3D modeling, plan production, geometric design, grading, guardrail, Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), and bicycle and pedestrian facility design. Elyse has supported traffic modeling, safety analysis, report production, and public and stakeholder engagement. In addition to her project work, she has initiated thoughtful ideas for employee engagement and educated our team on her urban backyard farming journey through weekly “chick-ins” during our Monday Morning Kick-offs.
Outside of work, Elyse loves taking care of her animals, including her backyard chickens Pebble, Cheesecake, and Nutmeg, and attempting to knit or sew her own clothes.
