Allison is the consummate team player — flexible, willing to fill any role, and focused on collective success. She brings versatile experience in the design of transit, roadway, and pedestrian and bicycle facilities from concept development through final construction. Passionate and knowledgeable about civil design, Allison has served as a go-to resource for geometry, grading, and ADA-compliant design. She has worked on several local transit projects that involved the development of numerous alternatives and the substantial reconstruction and redesign of local roadways and pedestrian infrastructure. Outside of Isthmus, Allison serves her community as a commissioner on the City of Roseville Public Works, Environment, and Transportation Commission.
